Company was excellent. Ball, close. I purchased the ball for a church picnic and it didn't blow up to be as large as advertised. I thought maybe they gave me the smaller size when I ordered the larger size. Anyway, because we had no choice we used it for that day and I boxed it up with an explanation to the company about what was done, and they allowed me to return it, grass and all. Furthermore I looked in my glasses case a few days later and found the plug that comes with the ball, they allowed us to return it despite the missing plug and blades of grass. We returned the ball in fantastic condition, all of that aside. I am impressed with the integrity of this company. The only company so far that actually has a Giant ball that is tough enough for my Aunt and my Mother to both attempt to break their necks trying to climb atop it. We might decide to throw aside the size standards and just buy the Giant ball for next years picnic.
