I had to travel out of the area to pick up a 1/6 barrel. Stayed perfectly cold on the 2hr trip. I also have it to use for picnics, tailgating ect. The top has a zipper section to hook up a tap and still keep beer cold. I highly recommend buying the package with the 2 "ice wraps". A must and super easy way to keep it cold without adding ice cubes. Very sturdy handles and arm sling. Thick and we'll constructed. There are cheaper ones out there but just stuck it up and get this one. You won't be sorry!

Used this to transport a torpedo keg of home brew from Ohio to North Carolina. Worked well with the ice pack. Definitely recommend if you want to be a beach house hero. As other reviews state the strap is not great but it’s easy to fix if you just determine the length you want and throw some stitches in to keep it from slipping. Build quality is good otherwise.

I purchased both the 5 gallon and 2.5/3gallon sizes. Found the build quality to be very good. (even better than I expected based on the online photos.) I used them the first time in conjunction with a jockey box but typically will plan to use them with picnic taps and mini regulators for tailgating. (but using with a standard CO2 regulator and manifold works well also due to the zippered access thru the lid.)The ice wraps are certainly a useful convenience but I also have no worries if I have to just dump in some ice as well sometimes.Had one question initially, so I reached out to the company and got a very quick & helpful response. Definitely would recommend if you are considering something like this to take your kegs on the go.

Was going away for a weekend family reunion in a rented house. No kegerator there so I had to find something to keep the beer cold that I was bringing. I saw this and bought it, and it works great!!!! I was able to bring cold beer that stayed cold for more than 24 hours on one ice sheet. It really is a great product, and it was nice to be able to have my CO2 line go in, and the tap line come out of a small zipper top, to keep the cold from escaping. Totally beats the days of a big bucket and loads and loads of ice

Really enjoy this product. I was wary of some of the previous comments about the straps, etc., and I think the manufacturer made some adjustments. It was a great size, corny keg slid right in without being cumbersome. Flat bottom insert helps to keep shape. Fantastic zippered middle up top allows for compressor and dispenser to poke through without opening whole top. Ice sheet froze quickly and was very flexible when frozen, lasted 24 hours. Best of all, the strap seems sturdier, and held weight fine when I lugged a 3/4 full corny around, no slip. Was the talk of our Easter family BBQ. Very pleased.

Well constructed and it kept the keg cold...with lots of bagged ice. I went with the ice sheet/wrap bundle and was very disappointed the included ice sheet only wraps around half the corny keg.

This thing has been a god-send from a home brewers perspective. Going to tailgates every other weekend I needed some better way to haul and keep my kegs cold. This 100% fit the bill.Some older reviews talk about the strap and clips being poor. They have clearly fixed that with the newer version of this.Ice jacket is the perfect size. Works on both my pepsi ball lock and converted coke pin lock kegs (which are fatter and an inch shorter.If I had a need for another one I would not hesitate to buy it.
