Easy to use with or without the app. The app is easy, and can click a button on each measurement so you don’t have to measure then write it down then measure again. Just click to save, click to move to the next measurement, repeat.

I love this! It easily connects to an app and records all of my body measurements. I am currently on a weight loss journey and this is a very helpful tool.There was a bit of a learning curve at first. It looks like the device shut itself off after only less than a minute of being turned on. But that only happens when it’s not an actual use. When I have been using it to measure everything from my neck down to my calves, which takes about 10 minutes, It never shut off and it recorded everything with great accuracy.I love how this device compiles a history of your measurements said that you can easily compare measurements to current ones and see your progress.The tape wraps around the body part and locks into a little hole and it stays there with a magnet. You need to pop it out gently each time you measure a different part.The numbers are a little difficult to read on the device, because I felt like the face of the device was often turned away from me, and it was a little difficult to flip it over to read the numbers, until I realized the numbers also show up directly on the app during the measurement. So you can just look at the numbers on the app. You don’t need to look at the numbers on the device while you are taking the measurements. Although, I still tended to do this because I wanted to make sure both numbers matched. They did!I think it’s a great value. I highly recommend it.

We already had another Renpho device, so adding this device to the Renpho app was easy, as is using the device itself.The 2 downsides I see are 1) the tape measure end is difficult to remove from the pocket after taking a measurement. This makes me worry that the tape measure will stretch and/or break. 2) the measurements are set up to walk down your body left then right when that's not the easiest way to measure. Instead of measuring my left bicep, left forearm, then right bicep, right forearm it want to measure left bicep, right bicep, etc. (The same with leg measurements.Would be easier to m easier all left arm, all right arm, etc
