Awsome unit
This works great. I use it for meetings at work and group get togethers at home. Very clear and easy to use!!

Intuitive
This was needed for an off-site conference. Did a test run at the office, and we noticed it 'learns' and responds quicker as time goes on. Super easy to set up, video clarity was very good. It picks up voices from some distance away, BUT, mutes background noise.We also bought a tripod and the hard shell carrying case. Very happy with our purchase.

A big disappointment
The camera quality, picture quality, etc. are all well and good with this device. However, none of it works consistently. The OWL turns off randomly during meetings, the sound quality is great one meeting and then horrible the next, the audio fades in and out, and the camera freezes frequently. When the OWL works its great, but it is very unreliable.

The OWL is the tech we all needed during the pandemic. Now that we continue to have hybrid meetings and need zoom, the OWL has made our work life easier. It's great when tech works like the OWL.

Worked Great for a few months now not working and cannot get any support after over a week
The team like the simplicity of the Owl and the fact it was easy to use with any computer and meeting platform, but after only a couple of months the units sound and mic stopped working. We have been trying for over a week to get support but there is no response besides for the automated emails. Unless Owl Labs can get their act together and give support for their product I would recommend not buying this item since we might be out our $1000 if we cannot get this repaired.
