Q: Will this light switch still turn on the lights if my internet is down?

Sadly all of this class of product seems to suffer from this. I have used or reviewed a lot of WiFi light switches or power switches and they all suffer from this sooner or later. In MOST (but not all) cases the fix is simply to turn off your WiFi access point for 10 seconds and then on again. After a minute or so (depending on your WiFi settings) everything should work again. Not ideal, but you usually only need to do it every 2-3 weeks. Not sure of the reason, but I think it has to do with TCP/IP address lease times in a DHCP environment. Anyway, power cycling the WiFi router or access point (often the same box) seems to cure most such problems.

yes, physically (through the wire) and virtually (through the app)

Q: Will this switch led lighting?

Yes it will switch LED lighting it will switch upto 10amps resistive loads or 600watts for fans or similar inductive loads .
