Comes quickly
Ordered this on Thursday and received it on Saturday, it took me about an hour and a half to put together but part of that was my fault. Comes in a sturdy box, comes with all the hardware that you need including alan wrench and instructions. When I finished I put my cat on it and he hasn't left it yet. Definitely recommend this cat tree.

Cats loved it!
The reason I’m rating it 4 stars is because the set up process was complicated. None of the pieces are labeled so you have to go by the photo (which can be confusing). At first the tower was tilting but you need to kind of play around with it to find the right spots.

Cat tree
The boxes are only solid on the top and bottom. Sides are only fabric and poles holding them up.

The cat likes it, which is the whole goal!
This cat tree went together really easily, and is solid. If I were asked for comments to improve it, I would have a couple of minor things. First, the base should be about 10% bigger. While it's stable enough, there have been a couple times where our cat decided to jump off of it from a weird angle, which basically sent it tipping over. If he sticks with the main ways of jumping off, it's no problem, but with a slightly larger base, I don't think it would be a problem since the imbalances on the outer portions would be better negated. Second, the wedge shaped ledge is in an odd spot - To allow our cat to get onto it, it has to be facing the front, which gives a very small gap on the level below it for our cat to get up onto it. A younger cat wouldn't have too much issues with it, probably, but since he's 17 he's a bit timid trying to maneuver it. You could swing that wedge shape towards the side, but then it's mostly blocked by the tray area above it and adult cats wouldn't be able to fit on it.Overall, though, this tree is giving our old man cat the ability to see out the front window of our house and bird and car watch while he's resting. When he's not sleeping on the comfy chair in his room, he's on that watching things or begging for treats, so even with those two minor things it's a win.

For the most part it’s a good tree
The media could not be loaded. I like that it has 2 condos, multiple levels, a few sturdy platforms. However after just a few weeks one of the platforms have already broke. I think it could have had a better way to distribute where the load of weight would be held.

Not bad for small/medium cats
I have to medium sized cats and they fit on it perfect. They really seemed to like it after about 2 days. The instructions weren’t the best, so it took a little bit to put together. The hanging basket isn’t the most sturdy but one of my cats lays in it all the time. But after a few times it started to bend. I don’t regret buying though, since my cats love it.
