Mia Secret A Combination of Acrylic & Gel Cure Under UV lamp & LED

I use this to add extra strength to my press on nails, and let me tell you, it gives the nails extra thickness and makes the nails tough. I read some comments that it doesn't cure, but it absolutely does. I even flash cure, depending on the design. You just need to wipe away the tacky layer after fully curing for 60-90 seconds.

I like the concept of it being gel and acrylic. It does give a hard and smooth finish. Have to use about 4 or 5 coats as it's not as thick as expected. But it does cut down the time to do my nails tremendously. And it doesn't for days.

I used this product the second I received it! I was in the middle of doing a fill in anyway so that was lucky. I used my regular MIA Builder Gel on my left hand and this MIA Acrylic Gel on my right. I had two nails I had completely removed the old builder gel from and had to start over. The Acrylic Gel is a bit thinner and runnier than the Builder Gel, but applied fine. The worst part is when I went to cure the Acrylic Gel in my lamp it burned my nail bed so freaking bad as soon as the lamp turned on I had to pull my hand out and shake it!!! The burning only lasted 6 or so seconds but it was BAD!!!! After that, I was able to leave my hand in my lamp until the timer went off. I thought maybe once I got a base layer on my nail it wouldn’t burn again but I was wrong. It took 3 layers before the burning while curing stopped. My nail beds were sore for two days after applying the Acrylic Gel. I also applied the Acrylic Gel over the previous Builder Gel on my other fingers and had no issues. The Acrylic Gel adhered properly over the previous Builder Gel and has been holding up great ever since. I did notice a slight weight difference between both hands. I felt like the Builder Gel hand was a smidge heavier, even though I’ve never noticed that before. I will not use this product for a full set or on a naked nail ever again, but on top of another product maybe. Be careful!!!

this works great. used on my nails and 1 layer works good with pressons.1 coat of this and one coat of 3in1 topcoat.wipe with non lint cotton and 90% alcohol between coats after curing to remove residue.
