Unit itself was great, looks great, and is very sturdy. My only complaint is that it uses an Allen wrench on the bottom to mount to the wall. Only you can’t use the Allen wrench next to the wall easily. Others I’ve used use a small screw driver which is much easier to install.

I bought this because I needed a black matte color, functional towel ring in the guest bathroom. I didn't want to buy a $35+ option so this is what I settled on. So far, so good. Looks nice and seems functional.

I am drilled with this new Towel Ring, it gives the perfect finish touch in our Powder Room, matches the Farm Style hanging cabinet hardware, it is stable, unlike the chrome one we had from Hardware store.

Looks great, easy to install. Worked perfectly in our newly remodeled bathroom with a modern style.
