Great value - but be cautious
Seems like a great value with minimal taste. However after reading multiple studies and articles, the general worldwide consensus is that for the average adult the max you should take is 1100mcg. The recommended dose of this product is 3 drops/1800mcg. Pregnant and deficient adults can exceed 1100mcg per the articles I've read (I'm not a doctor). Just do some research before you take the 1800mcg dosage reccomendation on the product.

Be careful on dosage
Took it for a couple of weeks realized my blood pressure was escalated, looked up whether or not it could cause that and sure enough it does. Then I looked it up how much dose I should be taking. The bottle says three drops… Way too much that’s why my blood pressure was through the roof. On the Internet it says one drop. So just be careful when you’re taking this. I stopped taking it so I can’t tell you if it worked or not.
