(Edit) After posting my initial review, the company emailed immediately. I just received the replacement buttons, plus a few extra. As I mentioned previously, the swing (buttons aside) is really well made. We live in the mountains with snow and cold temperatures, so I have the swing hanging from one of the cross beams in our cabin. My daughter has tons of fun on the swing. I can't wait to put it outside once it warms up. I would absolutely recommend the swing and appreciate their follow-up.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I subtracted a star because 2 of the 4 metal buttons that hold the metal tubes together were broken right out of the box. I subtracted another star because I emailed the company and never received a response. Except the for metal tubing (which can slip apart at 2 places), the saucer portion, straps, and caribeeners are very sturdy and well made. The metal buttons are cheap, flimsy pieces of metal and I surprised the remaining 2 actually held up. If they correct that, and actually respond to customers about replacing defective parts, then I would recommend the saucer swing and give it 5 stars.

Solid quality kids love playing on this for hours

Hung it from the tree and the kids have loved it! Easy enough to assemble, has stayed together great. Kids have enjoyed it! Everything seems good for the price. The ropes are a bit plastic feeling, but it is normal for this price point and I don't have any concerns about it breaking.

A friend has this and my grandkids had so much fun. HAD to get our own. So fun, easy to hang and the swing feature is big enough that I don't worry about the little ones falling off. I even sit in it for some peace and quite. Smooth motion - LOVE it.

I bought a tree swing for my daughter last year and unfortunately it didn't last more than a year before it started ripping and coming apart. This swing is the same style and I've had it for a few months now. So far it's held up nicely and my daughter loves to swing on this thing! It was very easy to put together and she loves that it's blue. Another cool thing about this swing is it comes with the straps which is nice, however I already had straps the last swing so I haven't used them. The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the ropes do not hold the height very well. I'll adjust them so that the swing is just the right height off the ground, but a few minutes later and the swing will be lower than I want because the ropes don't hold. But other than that it's a great item for a great price.

It was so easy to put together, I was able to do it quickly while my daughter was inside and surprise her for her birthday. It came with everything needed. I didn’t even need a single tool or part that wasn’t there in the box. It’s a very peaceful experience swinging under a tree. Any parent thinking of getting his for their kids will not regret it, and may even spend more time on it than their kids like me. And it was almost half the price of the other ones and wasn’t cheaply made like I worried it might be. It’s a good swing and you should buy it

Bought this for my 2 & 4 year old grandsons to replace a similar swing. This one seems much more durable and I love that it isn’t as “flat” as their other one. I feel like it is a safer swing. They love it!

My daughter who’s 78lbs played on this swings for two weeks before the pieces in the tubing broke and the swing wouldn’t stay together. And replacement parts are non-existent. Not money well spent.
