How much does 5 litres cover and plus to you dilute this

Product is always used neat, coverage will vary as per porosity of tile or slate. The average coverage on a concrete tile would be 4-5 m2 per litre. Hope that helps!

This type of sealer provides a 'dry' 'invisible' appearance so it will not change the appearance of the tiles. We do supply a complete range of coloured roof coatings, these would create a 'like new' appearance. This could be more the type of product you are looking for. Hope that helps.

does this product damage plants ? our bay window roof overhangs our front garden

Hi, I would not be sure it is safe for plants, but would always cover with dust sheet, plastic sheet or old bed sheets whilst applying. It's a good product so would recommend it sealing slates etc, albeit it's your decision about the plants. You could also gently hose pipe/sprinkle water over the plants once completed and covers removed. That could wash off any drips or over spray missed by the covers if done immediately after. Sorry for not having the 100% definitive answer.
