ALPI Sand Timer - 3 Minute Pink

I just needed a good timer for my daughter to watch since she just likes to see the sand go down or if she needs some visual reinforcement. Its relatively accurate give or take a few seconds but really close to three minutes. The thing about it is the size is around two inches and maybe less than an inch wide. The price and shipping really is kind of costly given what you get. Even though is cost three bucks that's fine but the seven or whatever dollars for shipping is not good. If you can find this to cost around five or less with shipping I would go for it unless you without a doubt have to have it. Its nothing special I wish it was long and thin instead of short and wide but its not terrible how it is. Its really up to the individual to decide but don't expect the grand master of sand timers for three dollars. As long as the timer you're looking for isn't what you think Nostradamus, Plato or Benny Franklin used than you'll be fine. Other than the size it does what it says.

Timed it, first thing I got it and it's just about on the money for 4-minutes. It's a perfectly sized, sturdy and the pink sand will go well with my Team3 game.

I had bought these for Agile standup meetings for my teams. I bought pink, blue, and some other brands.They are nice, I still have them. Each one runs out at different times though, some to thirty seconds apart.

This is very nice in design I had the blue one it was close to three minutes so I felt comfortable getting it in pink. Turns out it is only a minute and a half, which I guess makes this easy, just turn it over and run it again. However, that wasn't really what I had in mind.

I like this timer. It is much smaller that what I thought it would be from the picture but I still like it.

Great item! Compact. Works like a charm. No batteries or electricity required. Great for timing eggs! Pink color is nice.
