I have used these since 2021 and bought these as a gifts for friends that are health compromised. They work!

Like the product. I purchased one at the start of the covid pandemic.Uncertain if it is effective in warding off viruses such as covid but it is another layer ofprotection one can utilise besides frequent hand washing and avoiding touching one's face and eyeswhen out and about.I purchased this second unit as a back up as the covid variants seems on the rise again and I am nottaking the jab no matter what.

I gotta say I think I love this product. When I first bought it I did a smoke test. I put it in a jar full of smoke, with no air circulation and it cleared the smoke. Not a totally scientific test, but good enough for me. Since then I’ve told my siblings about it and they have also purchased them. For me it’s a good supplement to keep me and my family healthy. I don’t think it will prevent it, but I do suspect it’ll mitigate it. Plus for the price in comparison to the more expensive brands it’s a no brained for a purchase. I’ve actual bought 6 of these for family. I would advise everyone to buy one for a little bit of piece of mind.

This device generates a strong ion wind very noticeable when held close to the nose. It has the same specs as the Wein AS-300R. The lanyard is about an inch shorter than Wein's, which places it closer to the face. Even better would be a lanyard with an adjuster button to adjust the length behind the neck to bring it as close as possible to the face.It charged quickly and the power button is easy to find and a cool blue LED indicates it is on. The owner's manual indicates an ion density of > 1.5 million ions/cc or 2M ions at 10cm. However, elsewhere PureAir claims 50M ions/cm3, so the manual may be a misprint or reflect a different type of calculation. The output certainly feels very strong.Ion generators this strong usually use a plasma process and this device probably uses some kind of closed field plasma. The method of action is different than carbon fiber brush devices create negative ions which attract pollutants and microbes to attach to them. This device repels them with positive ions or destroys them through electron impact. Since this generates positive ions I would use it to clear the air in your personal space and not for mood enhancement. Without getting into more detailed comparisons of positive/negative ions or metal tip vs carbon fiber emitters this device is certainly very powerful, well designed, and is convenient to wear and use.

I call this my electronic mask, I love it. But like others the cord did fail on me, so Amazon has several solutions that will work and you can get it in brown or black plus the length you need and it looks OEM.The other issue which is big for me because I do love this product is the charging port. It has failed. This needs to be fixed by GreenTech on this model or everyone will have to keep purchasing new replacements.The other option I like on this is the capability to turn the blue light off and on. Other models you cannot turn the blue light off without shutting down the whole unit then you have no protection. But you do get that continued protection with this unit which I call my “electronic mask”. Comes in handy if you don’t want questions when you board an airplane.

I have had this item since 2020, so I am outside of the warranty period. This product worked very well for awhile. However, recently I noticed that there are, what appear to be, white mold spores inside the unit, just underneath the gold plate. This area cannot be cleaned and cannot easily be seen unless you are viewing it from the right angle. I am not interested in rebuying this unit as the fact that it needs to be cleaned and cannot will always be a design issue. I don't want to regularly use something that can have harmful things inside that I am not aware of. I am going to try a unit the emits negative ions as those units seem to have a positive effect on your mood as well.

I love these products! They keep me safe in confined indoor spaces with lots of people. I get to breath clean air and not get what’s being sneezed and coughed near me. The air smells so good around me! Highly recommend!

I of course don't know if the product is responsible but I did stay healthy on the trip without masking! [an accomplishment for me]. the one annoying feature--which they mention in their description--is that there is nothing to indicate the product is on other than a slight--very slight--ozone-ish smell. I wish they had some way of indicating whether it was on--a light or maybe a different switch for on and off.
