Me encanto es una opción saludable, para mi caso que solo puedo usar este tipo de aceite, no tiene mal sabor ni los transfiere a la comida. Ademas al ser en Spray te permite controlar la cantidad que deseas usar.

Good for air fryer, but recently I found it in Costco and the price in Costco is better.

I like the taste of this item better then the olive oil or canola oil - - Its a good choice baking or roasting vegetables

I love it

Avocado oil is the best all purpose oil I have yet tried. High smoking point, virtually no taste and the spray is perfect for both frying pan and air fryer. It is a bit expensive to buy it in this way, but I think it is worth it for the convenience. This is my second can, the previous one I had lasted a couple of months, so I guess a pound a week is not that dear!
