Probably best fit for women but if a man fits in the same size chart then I don't see why it couldn't be for both

Hi, these run very small and short. I’m 5’6” 130# and the medium was very tight and I wished they were about 1” longer. Also, they are very thin/cheap. Prepare to not reuse them!

Lol...it won't be ultra-comfortable, but there is some stretch to them, and they should fit, although I wouldn't call them queen sized. Its very hard to find this style in anything larger...I know, because I've been searching.
