This starts off oily but it soaks in as you rub it in. I love this so much and use it almost every day.

Thus stuff really works. My elderly mother started using it on her bridal thin nails and her nails recovered miraculously. Now I am using it to keep my nails strong even though I have acrylic nails. I apply the oil around my cuticles and under the nails.
