This product is a very good alternative to traditional pasta. It contains much less Carbs tan the traditional pasta but it is equally tasty and goes well with a simple tomato sauce or tuna sauce :-)

Put half a teaspoonful of dried thyme (5g) and 5 twists from the pepper grinder into a pan with 300g of water. Bring water to a boil. Add 3g of Marigold Original and 5g of Marigold Reduced Salt bouillon powder. (Together - less salty, more flavourful.) Throw the bouillon powder straight into the boiling water - helps eliminate lumps (although they do eventually dissolve). Add 25g of broken-up Explore Cuisine Fettuccine. Simmer for 15 mins. Makes 250g of ready-to-eat pasta soup. Breaking up the dry fettuccine into small pieces before cooking means the soup can be eaten with just a spoon. I tried adding some butter during cooking to add richness but it just doesn't really need it. Very tasty and surprisingly filling, possibly due to the 10.6g of protein and only 2.8g of carbs. Just over 103 kcals all in. Have been using this low carbohydrate Explore Cuisine Fettuccine for about five months now and given up regular pasta completely. Glad to have discovered it - very edible and satisfying. No going back now! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Marigold Original = 240 kcals / 100g. Wanted a plant based alternative to pasta. This tasted good and is low in calorie but high in protein and fibre, which is what I wanted. A bit expensive for a single packet but I think buying a 6 pack makes it a lot cheaper.

Very good alternative to ‘normal’ pasta , I’ve bought the Fettucine, and Spaghetti and find the Fettucine the best , I didn’t like the black spaghetti they offer.

This is easy enough to cook (add to boiling water, simmer for 5-7 mins, drain, add sauce) and I like that it’s a high protein gluten free option which feels nutritionally superior to gf options made with rice and corn. BUT, personally I didn’t enjoy the texture: it’s oddly chewy, more like the no-frills vegan chicken strips you can buy, than any pasta I’ve ever had before. Requires A LOT of chewing. It also has an unappetising murky colour when cooked and it’s not as inherently tasty as red lentil, pea or even chickpea pasta, in my opinion... I suppose in terms of flavour, this makes for a good neutral base for sauces but sadly I couldn’t get past the texture. If you're tempted to cook it for longer in the hopes it will improve the texture, it won't: the fettuccine just breaks apart into mush and you'll still be left with the same, chewy texture.

Great for boosting your fibre and protein intake. Same look and texture as wheat pasta, the taste is a matter of personal preference, but with a tasty sauce you don’t notice much difference.

Wer kein Weizen essen kann oder möchte findet hiermit eine tolle Alternative. Der Geschmack ist sehr gut und auch die Konsistenz ist der der Nudel der ähnlich. Ich kann es empfehlen!

Ce n'est pas une plainte concernant le produit lui-même. L'information indique qu'il est un pack de 6 mais je reçu un seul paquet qui rend le produit extrêmement coûteux. En communiquant avec le vendeur, ils me informés que l'erreur était d'Amazon et Amazon allaient me contacter mais je n'ai rien entendu. Je suis très déçu par Amazon.

Publicité mensongère ! Mentionne un paquet de 6 unités et je n'ai été livré de seulement 200gr, à 8€/le paquet c'est honteux ! Evitez absolument !

Der Wahnsinn schmeckt sehr gut waren sehr überrascht hoffentlich werden sie bald günstiger dann ist alles perfekt Und warum muss man immer so viel schreiben das nervt

Nachdem auf Galileo ein Test mit verschiedenen Nudelnsorten gemacht wurde und ich für die Schlank-im-Schlaf Diät eine Alternative finden wollte, hab ich mir diese Nudeln bestellt. Beim Rohverzehr war der Geschmack in Ordnung, gekocht wurden die Spaghetti in Wasser (ohne Salz etc.), auf der Packung steht 5-7 Minuten, nach 4 Minuten haben wir probiert und gemerkt das sie schon verkocht waren - das war etwas ärgerlich, da der Packungspreis mit 8€ jetzt nicht gerade günstig ist. Habe die Nudeln dann unter fließend kaltem Wasser gehalten in der Hoffnung das sie wieder etwas Biss erhalten, hat leider nicht ganz funktioniert. Zur Bolognese trotzdem lecker, Eigengeschmack ist fast keiner Vorhanden, für das nächste Mal werde ich Salz oder Gemüsebrühe mit ins Wasser geben. 4 Sterne da die Kochzeit nicht gestimmt hat.
