Just want to say that I was a bit uncomfortable purchasing a guitar over the internet. I kept thinking I should see it first and play it. But with times they way they are now, I knew it could be a while before I got the guitar I wanted right away. So I took a chance. Chicago music exchange made me one happy fingerpicker! Not only did my Martin Streetmaster come super securely packaged for a a safe arrival, but it was here in two days. This guitar is awesome and I wanna thank the guys at Chicago music exchange for putting my mind to rest. I'm looking forward to my next purchase. Thank you.

I've never been so smitten with an instrument before. It's beautiful in a way that's hard to explain if you haven't had it in your hands. It sounds immaculate, sharp, warm, responsive. This very well may be the last guitar I ever buy. The fact that the seller got it to me a week faster than expected is just gravy.

This guitar is absolutely beautifully made and has a fantastic sound. Well worth way above its price of $1399. The description here is incorrect for this guitar which is a Dss15m Streetmaster " Does have scalloped bracing " its the D15m streetmaster that is non scalloped.

Hi to all. I recently was fortunate to play this model of martin at my local music store. It has a very warm tone to it. The mahogany top is very cool. The natural finish gives this guitars top an interesting slightly rough feel. If you can't aford a d18 or a d28, then this would be the guitar for you. I like that its all solid wood. Try one out, you won't be disappointed.
