Noctoplex is expensive but potent! I ordered this product because I have trouble falling to sleep more often than not. I really loved the idea that it would help me sleep better and have a calm mind. As a wife and mom I'm often thinking "what's next" at bedtime. What do I have to do tomorrow, don't forget this, remember to do that... It's stressful. Worth it but stressful. Sometimes I need to calm my mind so I can sleep better.I ordered this product a few days ago and tried it the night it came in. I read the instructions and took it 30 minutes before bed as instructed. I did not take 2 though. I am really horrible with sleep aids, they always make me super sleepy very easily. I figured I'd take one and see how that went. Plus at $30 for a 2 week supply - (I missed that part of the description when I paid for them) it was REALLY expensive *for me* so I wanted to make it last if one worked. So I took one 30 minutes before bed and I didn't notice it working. I got into bed and went to sleep. This medication smells horrible. BAD. Just FYI. The problem was I woke up with an upset stomach. Sometimes medication upsets my stomach. I don't know if it was this medication or not but I needed to get up and get water and I was SO out of it. I guess it did work! I got my water and was back asleep in no time. I woke up feeling good, not groggy at all BUT I had some crazy realistic nightmares and couldn't wake up from them (or so it seemed) over night. I went ahead and took another one the next night though and didn't have the stomach upset but the dreams returned. I also didn't fall asleep as quickly on the 2nd night. I took it 30 minutes ahead of time but I was still awake almost 2 hours later. Once I did fall asleep I was definitely sleeping deeper but it didn't really help me fall asleep. I don't think that I will continue buying this medication. I didn't feel much different when I woke up and it's really pricy. Maybe if I was anxious or nervous and needed to make sure I could get a good night of sleep I would but on a regular basis... I'm going to have to pass. It's just too expensive for such little results.

This product contains melatonin but it also has more holistic ingredients. I am a regular melatoninn user and I think this is much better! The very best part is that Noctoplex allows me to get right back to sleep after I make a bathroom vist during the nigth. It does not leave megroggy in the moring so yI can really have a great day after a relaxing rest! It does not give me headaches like melatonin sometimes does. The only thing I don't like is how hard it is to read the engredients on the dark bottle so I am including a screenshot details the ingredients that is easier to read.

I cannot rate these highly enough. I’ve had sleep issues the last 5 years or so, about the time I got diagnosed with hashimotos disease. I am generally extremely tired and low energy during the day, yet I lay there at night unable to fall asleep and it’s just a horrible cycle that ends with me staying awake mostly for days at a time or getting very little sleep until I eventually crash. And relying on caffeine to get through the day and workouts even though my doctor says my thyroid levels are “balanced”. I’ve tried many other sleep aids and melatonin that has done NOTHING for me, so I was very weary to try this, but I bought a bottle of it just to see as I have many other times. Well, it’s day 4 of using it and I’ve actually SLEPT. And I mean 8 hours of sleep, waking up actually energized. Man, do I hope this lasts, it has been a godsend. Give it 30-60 minutes, lay down and relax and you will get TIRED. But, this is the first time my sleep watch has said I am 100% sleep charged and I am so excited. LOVE IT.....

This product is an enhanced melatonin sleep aid. I like that it has zinc, B vitamins and vitamin c plus other herbs known for enchancing sleep. I have been taking melatonin for over 10 years and definitely find that I need a little more than just melatonin. Product works great, as with all B vitamins, it does have a "B" vitamin taste. My only real negative is cost. The dose is 2 capsules, with 30 tablets per bottle it can be a little expensive to use every night.

The only reason I gave it a 4 is because it is fairly expensive for what it is. There are other vitamins etc., besides the melatonin (5mg), so that is a good thing. Those are all helpful in getting to sleep fast and getting good sleep. The directions say to take 2 pills 30 minutes before bed. If I take that much, I would still be asleep. So, please be cautious that you don't overdo the amount of melatonin your body needs. Some people have reactions to too much Melatonin, like night mares or sleeping too long. Glad I saw how much was in there and only took 1 tablet instead of 2. I will continue to take the rest of the bottle, and see how it goes. So far, it is ok. Just a bit expensive.....for me.

First thing I would say is to not be put off by the smell. They definitely have an odor and you'll want to wash your hands after taking them, but they don't taste bad and they do help you sleep. More importantly, you aren't tired all day the next day. My problem is that I am literally walking through life tired...all...the...time. NoctoPlex helped relieve that problem! Even if I still don't get a full night's sleep, I wake up feeling like I did and I'm more alert throughout the day. Take them about a half hour before you know you are able to go to bed because you will feel the pull of sleep about that time.
