Large, great cutting board
I love my new cutting board. It's large and the gutter around it is perfect to stop run-off. This is a gorgeous board and works very well. I've been using it almost every day for about six months and it's held up great and hasn't warped.

High Quality Cutting Board
I love this cutting board. This is my first time buying a high quality wood cutting board and it makes all the difference. There is no marks on the wood, it looks nice and cleans up well.

Amazing board
This cutting board is absolutely gorgeous and great quality. Anyone who is getting warping and cracking, it's because they are either not oiling it at all, or not oiling it correctly. You have to make sure you are maintaining it and cleaning it correctly. Use white mineral oil (don't bother with expensive board oils, unnecessary and a waste of money) and rub oil into all parts of it, let it sit overnight. Repeat the process until the wood is no longer absorbing. When you run water over it afterwards it should bead up and slide off. If it isn't, keep oiling it. This prevents it both from taking on food born bacteria and absorbing water that will cause warping and cracking. Do NOT put it in a dishwasher. Hand dry it then let it air dry STANDIND UP. You have to repeat the oiling process every so often to maintain this. Quality comes with work, if you don't want to do this, opt for a hard plastic cutting board instead.Great durabilityGreat qualityGorgeous look

Updated: DO NOT BUY
Update 1 year and 3 months later: This board continually warps little by little, and now it’s no longer usable because of how warped it is. I don’t ever keep my cutting boards in water, so I can only conclude that it’s a subpar product overall.Find something else.—-In the world of cutting boards, this is not “expensive.” I have my Boos cutting boards, but both of mine are big, heavy, and maple, and I wanted to have a smaller, lighter board made of something else, preferably darker. I also don’t need another board that costs $200-300, so I searched on Amazon for a walnut cutting board, leading me to this one.The size is great (17x11). But the quality of the walnut seems a little subpar for a cutting board. Worse, the finish is really unacceptable. You can oil a new cutting board and wipe with a paper towel to see how much snag the board has, with white bits of paper towel everywhere. This one was unacceptable. In my case, I have every kind of sanding paper available so I used a 120, 200, then 400 on it. I oiled and waxed it, and it was much better. I repeated once more and it was what I wanted — looking as the photos in my review show.I’d say that the small amount of labor it required to get it to the condition I want was not too bad. But the wood is pretty soft and I’ll be conditioning it often. I find I use it a lot due to it being lightweight and smaller (unlike my other boards) and I like the darker color. It looks really neutral on the countertop.I want one more cutting board that is smaller - but for the above reasons, I won’t be buying this brand again. While I don’t mind the work, I’m sure many would prefer a cutting board to be perfect out of the box. This one leaves a bit to be desired.

Rocking Walnut Cutting Board? Yes!
This cutting board is gorgeous. On its arrival, I inspected it carefully but didn’t see any cracks, nicks, or flaws. I’m looking forward to a long future together. It is necessary to season it before use. Out of the box, the board is quite dry, not brittle but unless oiled, I expect cracking to begin pretty quickly. I researched and found Thirteen Chefs (food grade) mineral oil to season the cutting board. This oil was easy to work with and a little goes a long way. I followed the directions on the bottle and it only took one coat. I let it soak 24-hours and today we’re good to go. I greatly regret not spending the few extra bucks for the largest size cutting board. Tip: lay down a large plastic trash bag on your work table (which was my kitchen counter). Put your board on top of the trash sack. Pour a little oil on the board. The excess oil will drain on to the trash bag. When you are almost finished, take the remaining oil that is on the trash sack and rub it into the board. This technique will prevent waste.

It's great however needs better quality control
This is my second cutting board from this company. I left my first one out west, it was perfect. These cutting boards are very nice and high quality wood. However this one wasn't finished sanding so I had to sand it before using. It was very rough. It was a very easy fix so I lefy it at 5 stars. Be sure to oil your boards regularly, they will last longer.

Beautiful and Functional
Beautiful board of good dimension. The dark wood is a lovely decorative choice and hides potential stains. Keep it well oiled and no stains or bacteria penetrate the wood

Chop and smile!
Great cutting board. No warping after 6 months of heavy use, beautiful coloring and if you take care of it with monthly oil treatments, it'll last for many years!
