Q: Do these trays give off a weird chemical odor to the ice cubes when frozen?

If these were “100% good grade silicone”, they would be oven safe at 350 degrees f. They have an awful frozen chemical smell - I’ve tried everything to clean them. My last effort is the bake the smell out… not looking good :(

Q: can i wash them in dishwasher？

They are dishwasher safe, top rack.

Q: What should you do with first time use? Clean? Boil?

You just need to wash them in the soap water, don't need boil.
