Q: Can I order extra drainage plugs for the vase that is drilled out?

This vase is small not worth the money cheap hard plastic was very dissatisfied

Q: What type of adhesive works to keep this on the headstone base? I tried liquid nails but it did not last thru the summer.

We were replacing old vases that had become rusty and used the existing brackets to attach the vase with a replacement screw. My husband's suggestion for attaching directly to the headstone would be to clean the surface very good and use gorilla glue or tape. This is a suggestion have no idea if it will solve your problem.

Not screw but it does come with a spike that you can drive into the ground

Q: Would it be OK to drill a small horizonal hole in the base to the center hole in order to drain water after it is epoxied to the headstone?

That is what I did and it works fine
