Luxury Selling: Lessons from the world of luxury in selling high quality goods and services to high value clients

Ruined by a huge amount of grammatical and typesetting mistakes.
This book is aimed only at in person selling in a boutique so is quite narrow in scope - it seems to do that quite well. However the text is riddled with grammatical and typographical mistakes and has an over all ‘unedited’ feel which sits poorly with its subject matter and constantly throws me out of the text. I was expecting more.

Luxury Selling: Lessons from the world of.
This charming book does not cover luxury branding as I wanted, but it does focus wellon what would be expected on the shop floor. A qood book to help motivate any staff youmay have. I can see this being very useful to motivate teams.
