Smashed jar, watery jam
Normally Tiptree strawberry jam and Amazon delivery are so reliable in its quality and service but, not this time around. Six jars of 340g jams was delivered but one jar was smashed to pieces and so spoilt the rest of the jars. The spilt jam was so runny as to be watery. Half the jars of strawberry jam are not set properly and has a watery layer which is disappointing. The jam smells divinely of strawberries and tastes sweet and fruity. There are some good pieces of strawberries in the jars which is as it should be. Just unhappy with the terrible condition that the jams arrived in and the overall quality of the setting of the jams.

The seal on one of the jars was open upon receipt. I understand that a food item cannot be returned, but I feel I should be compensated for the unusable jar. I cannot find a contact number or web address to achieve this.

So I had this jam in the UK
I had this jam in the UK and I am not ashamed to say, I brought some back with me because it was that yummy. The jam available from US companies are just not the same. I've almost eaten it all and will be buying more. I Love it on toast in the morning!

Love this product
A lot like the Smuckers special recipe, NO HFCS just sugar and fruit and some pectin. not quite a sweet over the top like smucker's so for me it is better. And yes it is sweet, exactly sweet enough to be perfect I would buy again and will
