I finally just received (January 4) this really cute skirt after ordering it early December for a Christmas gift otherwise it would have gotten 5 stars.

Very short

I bought this specifically to wear under my dresses and skirts as a gentle poof petticoat. For that, it's perfect! Just a bit of poof to keep my skirts from sliding between my legs when I walk, and the top half clings enough to keep it in place no matter how high or low I want it to sit. There was no tags of any sort on the skirt.The XL stretches over 50 inches thanks to the shirring, and doesn't feel uncomfortably tight. The material is gauze-like, but a little scratchier. People with sensitive skin probably won't like the feeling of it against the skin. I bought it in white, and it would be too see-thru to wear on it's own.That all said, it is horrifically overpriced at $18.99. I would pay $5 for this at a Forever21, maybe. My rating is only because it does work perfect for my very specific needs for it, but anyone looking for a cute ruffle skirt is better off looking elsewhere.
