Milwaukee 48-22-0325 Compact Wide Blade Magnetic Tape Measures

I like these better than my other Stanley ones I've had for years. I like the magnet part of it. It helps out a lot on jobs. Very sturdy and easy to grip.

Exactly as I expected, durable and perfect size for work. Auto retucts is great and honestly amazing quality as I expected. Definitely worth the money because it will last me decent amount of time, can't go wrong with it!

This tape measure is solid, sturdy, and feels built to last. Best part—it’s bright red, so I never lose it in my toolbox or around the house. Smooth retract and easy-to-read numbers.

GREAT QUALITY

I thought this was going to be my everything go-to tape measure. I'm a contractor and an inspector. Don't get me wrong. Its a good quality item. However, I researched much before buying this one because a friend had one like it that was really great. This is not it. The problem I had with this one is two fold. First, in the slightest breeze when extending the tape out, it will twist and fall. Its not stiff enough like the wider fatter ones are. Second, and this really bothers me: The catch is too concealed; I cannot get it to just grab onto something and pull it. I have to reach up into it with my fingers (sometimes have to remove my glove) to find the catch and then pull it out a little and then hook it on. Its just not working that good for me. The good things about this tape measure are: 1. belt clip is great; holds well, 2. The thumb brake opening on the bottom is a reason alone to own this tape measure. All in all for the price, I'll not be buying a second one of these, though I will keep my eyes open for a good deal on the wider version of this.

The tape as actually thick and rigid. Unlike some of the other top contenders. Worth the money.
