During my wife's healing protocol she used this for more than a year to help her absorb the nutrients in the other supplements and food. Worked well. She used another brand for the first few months and her markers didn't change. She used this brand and a month later her body began to absorb nutrients.

I have had digestive problems for decades..my naturopath recommended these. They really work for me, (as long as I eat in a disciplined manner, not too much volume, not too much fat, etc) So nice to be able to eat without indigestion.

I am never without these! I take two in the morning, two in the late afternoon. If I eat something off my pancreatic diet, I take two before the meal, regardless if I’d taken them earlier. My gastro put me on four medications, to be able to drink water or eat a bite one bite of food! An integrative doctor tested me properly and recommended this product. I was so surprised how wonderful it felt to finally drink water or eat a cracker without a horrible, blown up, sickening, nauseating, cramping tummy. We made a bet that she take them for THREE DAYS and if she wasn’t better, I’d never bug her again. It WORKED!! She took the bottle to her gastro! He said “stop taking these prescriptions.” HA!! This has changed our lives! We can eat pizza without tummy aches!!!

My Doctor actually carries this line of supplements in his office!!! I hadn't heard of Douglas Labs. until now. I really struggle with digesting meats/fats and well probably everything else... which is very frustrating because I eat a pretty well rounded diet. These don't taste good..and NO I don't chew them, that's why I gave them the four stars, but yes they are extremely effective!

I started taking these 1.5 years ago to help recover from a pancreatitis attack, on the suggestion from my naturopath. They have been extremely helpful to me, and I have had no issues or side effects. I continue to take them to aid in digestion, to help relieve the burden on my system due to a missing gal bladder.

These things stink like human crap ? Never had this problem before???

This helps me deal with Celiac Disease. I've tried other enzyme supplements and they made me sick to the stomach. This does not. I have poor gut health due to years of misdiagnosis. At first I was not able to digest anything. After 6 years and this supplement, I can now enjoy eggs, cheese and other harder to digest foods.
