PHIFER36 in. x 84 in. BetterVue Screen Kit with Spline and Roller

Fabulous and easy to install! Watched a video on how to put a new screen on my window frames and this kit had the spline and rolling tool, which was perfect. The rolling tool was sturdy and this made my life so easy. A local store said they would charge me $30/screen if I wanted them to do it but this kit fixed 2 of my screens and the price can't be beat.

Great view through screen. Easy install, but the spline was missing. Luckily I had some from a previous project. Seems like it may be fragile and not hold up to pets.

Screen material itself is a lil softer and weaker than expected.After seeing right away how hard the spline material was i warmed it in hot water for 5mins.Still i ended up doing the job twice using the 22yr Old spline material that was still softer aftr baking in the Desert Sun

Bought this kit to repair an old torn screen. Was amazed at how easy it was to do. Took all of 10 minutes! Sturdy enough that our cats can't push it out of the frame. Looks great.

Mesh is very thin and fragile. Likely to easily tear, especially if you have pets. Otherwise, as expected. Next time, I would get a stronger mesh.

The screen is good quality and the tools made installation easy

Wasn't as see-thru as they imply but it was a fine replacement for our screen door.

Very clear, doesn't impede visibility. I had no problem fitting it into my screen door although I used my old spline which was more pliable than the one that came with it. Great value too compared to purchasing at a big box store.
