Purchased for my son for his Halloween costume. 60 seconds it transferred well with a wet paper towel and held up all day.

Poor quality - didn’t work
We were unable to get this to stick. We shaved our chests and it would not even come off the paper. Disappointed and dissatisfied with this purchase. I’ve used temporary tattoos many times, donut wasn’t user error.
