Nice comprehensive solar/inverter setup, just spendy.
This is a nice all-in-one solar/charger/inverter setup. The hybrid inverter/charger is awesome with its true 50 amp capabilities. Power boosting works great for running large loads (like AC) on a smaller generator, but it only “boosts” on he HOT1 leg, not both 50A legs which is a downside if you have dual AC units and have the need to boost both. I ran the inverter to the main panel of my RV and it runs the microwave flawlessly at 120 amp draw. The solar panels are nice, but overpriced. I wouldLike to buy a third 170W panel to max out my 30 amp pre-wires setup but they want over $500. You can find other brands American Made for < $200. You can peacemail a system like this yourself likely with higher quality components at a lesser price, but if you are looking for all-in-one and price isn’t your primary concern, this is a great option. I hear lots of naysayers about Go Power (affectionately known as “No Power”, but most have no data to support it. I write off as brand loyalty and a “Ford vs. Chevy” argument. The solar controller is simple and not very customizable, but should suffice for all but the hardcore. If you are looking for maximum performance and flexibility there are very nice MPPT controllers out there if you are willing to pay a premium. One very nice thing about Go Power is their support. The phone rings right to a human and most of the time you will get Bob who is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I gave it 4 stars primarily due to the price point, but am all in all satisfied and really enjoying my new found freedom with this setup when boondocking.

It's not just solar for trailers and RV's.
First of all, it's not just about solar for trailers, RV's, etc. I bought a Go Power! package to power the lights and more in my 30 foot lookout tower on a ridge in the mountains of Colorado. When asked if i "liked" it, my reply was simple—like it? it's all l-o-v-e! the coolest is when i visited it the first night and turned on the lights and walked away from it and looked back—a beacon in the sky. I built it as a reading room for myself and i think it's so comfortable that it's become my nap room! All our rancher friends love coming over for sundowners and because of Go Power!, the (socially-distanced) party continues well into the night. Great customer service and while the electrician that installed it had never done a solar install—he had absolutely no problems (OK, he was a little hesitant to be on the roof of the lookout tower a bit more than 30 feet in the air). Highly recommend thinking out of the box on this product.

Working nicely so far
Purchased in April. Initially loved the product, all in one design, easy to operate. But now, merely 2 months later, already having problems. The inverter/converter was faulty allegedly due to software. Sent email with proof of purchase as requested by GoPower representative. A week later, no response from the company. In the meantime, my RV is not usable. Not happy. If this is resolved soon by GoPower, I will change the rating back to 5.10/18/19 Updating from 3 to 4 starsGoPower was responsive in replacing the equipment quickly, however they didn’t communicate enough with me or the technician. Additionally it appears the leads coming out from the panels might have been reversed at the factory which is what caused the issue originally. The problems have been addressed and it’s working as intended. Will keep updating review as neededUpdate: 02/24/2020Have had no issues. It all works as intended. Happy with product. Upgraded to 5 stars

Plug & Play???
Actually, the 3 stars are probably a little unfair. The system itself is awesome for those of us who like to drop off the grid every now and then. I spent 3 days in New Mexico just living on sunshine (and the propane gas heater). However, the buyer is led to believe that this is just a plug-and-play system. Hardly. I had it installed on my 5th wheel. The first dealer estimated two days to install, the second said twelve hours. I suppose that those of you who are more confident about punching holes in the roof of your rv and snaking wiring down through the walls and have no trouble getting particular items to run off of the a/c might find this fairly simple to install. I am not. So for those of you like myself, you might want to allow another $1300 or so for installation (there is no romex included either - extra charge). So, four stars for the system, three stars for the BS - make that two and split the difference to get three.

A satisfied customer
This is a well designed well built system. The only thing you need are your batteries and the cables to join them together. (The other cables are included to connect them to the inverter) I have not completed the installation as of yet, the wife has me doing other projects. But I am confident the system will preform as described. My plan is power part of my house to cut power demand and to provide stable power to some electronic equipment with the pure sign wave inverter. I had a few questions which I emailed the manufacture ..ie about Battery type and requirements. They were quick to respond and very helpful. My package was also missing a component which I again contacted the manufacture and the part was received in 2 days.I would recommend this system for your solar needs as my experience was great. The customer service was fantastic. Thanks

Go Power Solar Kit
I purchased this product to run security lights on our home property and to have some backup for when we loose power. Our power goes out frequently in the winter so I'm sure this system will get some use when the snow starts to fall. I have also used it to run my power saws and drill when doing odd jobs out back around the horse barns. I have tested to see if it would run the fridge and furnace and it had no problem doing that job. We have been using a diesel generator for backup and it does a good job but having to go out in bad weather to get more fuel every three days is something I hope to avoid in the future. My wife and I have downsized sense the kids are gone we use 1/4 the power now and have smaller appliances or a unit like this would not do the job for us.

Solar installation on RV
The GoPower solar Elite kit installed and is working very well. The kit instructions were clear and accurate. The components were good quality and robust. The cost of the kit is a little high but I think the quality made up for the extra expense.
