I have been taking these for at least 2 years. Was buying them through my health insurance pharmacy, but they cost less through Amazon. Taking these has made a huge difference in my hair and nails. My nails have a tendency to split at a certain length, but is much better with the Biotin. And my hair is healthier and fuller. They are gummies and they taste really good. I take them at night when I take my night time pills. Will continue to use for a long time. Definitely recommend this product and this brand.
