Microbiome Support
I had horrible Hives/Urticaria for the first time in my life. After 2 months I thought it might be helped if I took Dr Zach Bush’s Gut Support product which might stop any leaking gut issues. Within 2 weeks I felt I was improving and by the of 4 weeks all skin itches were gone and red spots were vastly reduced. I’ll try it for 1 or 2 more months to see if there are any more health related improvements.

Fantastic product to help gut health
This product has truly changed my life for better! As I suffer from ulcerative colitis and am lactose intolerant meal times can be a rollercoaster. Since I’ve been taking this (15-20mins before each meal) my stomach doesn’t seem to react badly to anything I eat. I even manage to eat some dairy every now and then and not have any symptoms.It is bit pricey but for what it does for me I don’t mind spending the money. I have just ordered my second bottle.

Please test to see if one needs it, Kinesiology test will do it. Anyway great product if needed.

On the fence...
This was recommended to me by a health coach, my skin did appear to look better within a week or two but quickly returned to its usual self which was disappointing. There are other things you must do alongside taking this product which if Im honest I didn't really keep up with, still for the price I expected more. Will I buy again? probably not.

Unfortunately had the opposite effect on my guts!
This is my second time trying Ion biome. Best believe I’m a massive supporter of Zach Bush. But this is also the second time where this product has caused me chronic diarrhea, terrible gas and nausea. Every time I start it I get these symptoms and when I stop it, my gut bounces back. I gave it an honest try but if it’s been a few weeks and you’re having bad GIT symptoms don’t tough it out! I don’t know why my gut reacted this way…and I eat extremely clean. but I will no longer be using this product. I’m glad it’s worked for others though.

Expected more
It may be working three weeks in but no great change in my symptoms but am determined to complete the first bottle and then make a decision. Not unpleasant taste and not too much to take in one dose. I still believe in it at this stage.

Plastic taste
Strong taste of plastic. Strange decision to have a gut health product in a plastic bottle. Every time I have it I can taste plastic.
