I use this for in the yard limb trimming , wish I would've had this years ago..great for cleaning out gutters

I thought this was gonna to feel small, but there is plenty of room, and it’s inside the wheel base, so it feels very safe leaning on the rails, if you need too.

I'll start by saying I have yet to use this Safety Cage as I need a second person on my tractor. It went together easily enough, though the overly thick paint on the latches can make it hard to close them properly when first set up.The Safety Chain that attaches to the platform behind the fork brackets is too long and seems to me to be a bit anemic for the job. I may back it up with a ratchet strap.

This does what I want - creates a safety box to ride in when trimming branches or cleaning gutters. Allows freedom of movement - basically does what you would expect a safety cage to do. But there are a few drawbacks:1. There is no door, as the pic would seem to imply, leaving you to crawl under the sidebars to get in and out.2. There are no instructions - at least something to point out how you should mount the cage to the forklift so that it does not slide off. This leaves you to assume that the chains are supposed to wrap around the forklift mount to hold it on. But they are a little flimsy, leaving you a bit nervous that they may break and your cage might slide off the life.3. My unit arived in a cheap and inadequate box, partially torn open and leaving a corner of the unit bent, but still useable and not worth returning.4. While Amazon told me I would receive it in two days, I received it in a week. Probably because it is a large unit and UPS required special handling. Still, did not arrive when promised.5. It's probably safe, but pretty shaky. Not bad for personal use 6 feet off the ground, but I would not trust this thing in a warehouse riding up 20 feet.Conclusion: Probably worth the reasonable price, but could use some improvements.

Very pleased with this cage. For money think it's a great buy.No assembly just folds up and down.Would highly recommend.

Forget any negatives in the reviews, this is the best one and is heavier than most of the others, welding and paint is real good, sturdy too--even arrived undamaged 94LBS !

I was concerned that it may not fit my Titan Pin-On Pallet Fork Attachment, 46" Hefty Fork Blades. But it did. I use to use my bucket and then climb up onto the bucket. Remember your not paying much for them, so don't judge them based on the more expensive ones. Used with Mahindra 1533.

This as worked very well with being able to cut trees and do thing that would require a bucket truck or something similar. Well made and sturdy.
