had 5 die on me
I have ordered 20+ of these over the last few years for the company I work for. 5 of my recent orders have had catastrophic failures where they won't boot and fail to boot after working for a few months. Customer service is crap to be able to do a return. Basically the company is out $6k+. On a positive note: I now buy direct from Dell with their service plans for the same price.

I am software developer, and this laptop with 32gb of ram and 1T of ssd works perfect. So far it has been the best cost relation computerI have ever had.I recommend 100% this laptop as a work tool. And remember this is not a gaming laptop.

slim but most important it works SOOO FAST LOVE IT
I had a 6 year old 2016 Lenovo. KEPT crashing with Microsoft / 7 times. Had enough! Bought one with the most amount of memory 32Gig and 1 T of storage/ LOVE IT ! and bought the docking station so it could work with my 32" HP monitor.

Does not charge with the Lenovo Thinkpad docking Station
The laptop is good for travel. I fully expected it to work with a Lenovo Thinkpad docking station but it only partially does. The power drawn from the docking station isn't enough to fully charge. If you are playing a game, the laptop will quickly discharge. There is no way to connect with the power cord and docking station.

Camera color is very pale
I love the computer, but I got it mostly to do Zoom meetings and the camera has a very pale color quality that I don’t see a way to change in the settings. Everything looks very washed out and almost pastel. I got a cheap webcam and am using that instead, which works fine but isn’t what I was hoping for.The processing speed is great. It starts up in like 30 seconds. I love the computer but hate the camera.

This is NOT a new computer - OUT OF WARRANTY!
I am very upset with this computer and the seller of this system. Lenovo is reporting that the computer's warranty started in "Dec. 2021" and has now been out of warrant for over a year. This is an exceptionally untrustworthy purchase. CrystalDiskInfo did reveal that the NVMe drive is new with only a minimal amount of hours on and a relatively low amount of data written to the drive, but these computers are in no way shape or form "new" and trustworthy.
