I am sold on this flour for my sourdough....forever!
I don't even remember why I first ordered this flour a few months back. I've been baking sourdough bread every other day religiously since last summer, and the bread flour I'd been using was doing the job just fine. It was expensive and I was purchasing it here on Amazon, but to me.....a good loaf of bread is worth it.And they WERE good....but I had no idea....This Malted Unbleached Bread Flour is UN-BELIEVABLE! The texture, the crust, and the overall flavor of my loaves are now totally next level. I don't know why it isn't more widely talked about, because besides it being the very best bread flour you'll ever get....the price is GREAT! Sourdough!
The first time I used this flour, I made the best loaf of sourdough! Need more, my sourdough bread disappears quickly! Downside to me is it is packaged in plastic.

I was looking for malt powder mixed flour.
I want to bake country bread. I want to try to use molt mixed flour. I usually use add malt with bread flour.Good flavor. I got good crust from this. only one thing I want to get 2nd one, out of stock.

Very impresed!
I'm not a bread baking expert by any means. I have become so disgusted by the mass produced bread that I've basically stopped eating it at all. I despise sweet bread and everything has way too much sugar in it. I recently started reading about European bread and it sounded like that's what I was looking for. In looking for granary flour my choices were rather limited but I found this and decided to give it a try. I made my first loaf today. I used a Dutch oven recipe that was really easy and the bread turned out wonderfuly. Nice chewy crust, excellent flavor and a decent price.

Well, you got me hooked in your product
I been making bread for a few years. I still make mistakes. And I will be making more mistakes. But I know one thing, When I mix that flour , and water, and I go around with my hands on it, I know if its going to be good, or great, or mediocre, or plain horrible. This flour is worth every penny, and then more. That simple. That brand with the knight on it , has NOTHING on this. This is the Holy Grail flour, and I have nothing else to say.
