We are so happy with this purchase. Price was cheaper than in store. Shipping was fast and delivery was perfect. Nothing broken. I purchased 2 chairs and the sofa. The entire set came in before the estimated delivery date. The Amazon employees who made the delivery were also great. Boxes were big and a bit heavy but they placed everything neatly by my front door. The box for the sofa had a little damage, likely from the warehouse. But there was no damage to the sofa. The furniture was easy to put together. About 10 minutes each piece with 2 people and a drill. The cushions are stiff but comfortable. The stiffness just shows its not going to go flat. It's a beautiful set I couldn't pass up. I definitely recommend.

Such nice quality for porch furniture! We've had our screen porch for 10 years now and the last five years our furniture has been mix and match and not as nice as this sofa and chair set! Was so happy that our 10 year old metal tables and the two metal-framed recliners in a burnt orange-red go so well with the new pieces! Quality: so pleased! Thick bottom cushions - they ARE firm but I love that! Back cushions on sofa and chair are softer - just perfect to lean into. The depth of the cushions are nice too, especially for taller people. I'm 5'4" and if I were to sit straight, all the way back, my toes just touch the floor. All cushions are detachable - no ties on either piece but you shouldn't need to tie them down. I believe the color I ordered was beige, and it looks like a linen weave. It's fairly smooth - not as itchy as the fabric on our recliners. Not super soft material, but tightly woven. If you have big dogs or young kids - the colors might not be a good choice as the cushions are spot clean only. Since it's brand new I can't tell you how well they will clean up. I'm hoping to keep a towel on the porch for the cats as they shed a lot. I paid extra for the sofa to be set up on the porch and they took away the box and wrappings - a nice treat. But I put the chair together today (the items arrived one day apart). I had just a little trouble at the end on the chair - don't tighten all the bolts till completion of the steps! and I used a rubber mallet to get the last arm on before screwing in the bolts with the allen wrench provided (a wooden tab fits into a slot carved out on the arm). Total time on chair maybe 30 minutes? Not bad at all. The cushions traveled well. Only the edges of the back chair cushion had a little wrinkle to it but not bad at all. Two people can definitely put it together very quickly. I also have a sofa cover on order for fall and early spring when pollen settles on everything and I think I'll look for one for the chair too. I saw this sofa on a total of 3 sites. On one site it was not listed as Ashley Signature but was exactly the same. Amazon had the best prices. I truly love how these pieces changed the look of our porch. I found a rug yesterday afternoon while running errands and it really completed the look. I would most definitely buy this again, even if I had to put the sofa together without the Amazon delivery team. It's every bit as lovely as the pictures.

Love this set so much that I bought all of the pieces! Looks fantastic and very upscale in my sunroom! It was very easy to assemble each piece and it did not take long at all. Cushions are very firm but still comfortable. The boxes that the sofa and loveseat came in are huge so be ready for that. I think it would have been better to ship them in two packages (frame in one box, cushions in the other). The smaller pieces (table, side chair) were shipped and delivered without issue. The sofa and loveseat deliveries were frustrating because they kept getting cancelled due to damage while in transit. I had to order the sofa 3 times and the loveseat 4 times. While I appreciate Amazon intercepting a damaged shipment, there was no option from Amazon to just reship a new one. Each one had to be returned, refunded and reordered amounting to 7 charges and 5 returns to my credit card. The price was right though which is why I persisted. It was definitely well worth the wait. This set looks great and is very sturdy. I'm sure I will get many years from it.

Got these on a black Friday sale. Didn’t really wanna have to buy anything at the moment, but we really needed a few pieces of furniture on our deck. Wow, almost unbelievable quality with these couches. Looks like something from a high-end furniture store, sturdy beautiful wood with beautiful cushions and throw pillows. I rarely review things, but I had to say something about the quality. Exceeded my expectations to say the least, so pleasantly surprised!!

I absolutely love this sofa! It’s the perfect blend of comfort and style—plush enough to lounge on for hours, yet firm enough to offer good support. The modern design with clean lines and a neutral fabric fits beautifully into my living room and instantly made the space look more put-together. The quality feels great for the price, and it looks more expensive than it is. Assembly was quick and easy, I literally do it in less than an hour, by myself. Overall, I’m really impressed and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, stylish, and affordable seating option.

The quality of this furniture and the ease of assembly make this an easy 5 star rating. The product was packaged perfectly and the instructions and hardware were all simple and easy to work with. This couch (I got the matching chair too) will make any space more elegant. Deep, thick & firm cushions, on a solid firm wood structure make this a piece that will last a lifetime. I have it on a covered porch on a 3rd floor condo. The space is approx 10’ x 9’ and the pieces are big, but IMO they look great. A good rug will finish the look. Don’t hesitate…if you have the space for it, and you like this style - just buy it!

Love the eucalyptus wood furniture, very sturdy, firm cushions, easy to assemble, very attractive - classic simple design. I purchased the set; two chairs, a love seat and coffee table. Chair review.. Biggest challenge is the shipping. We ordered two chairs, both chairs arrived with broker arms, one so bad the wood had splintered where it split at the joint connection. The love seat arrived with the wrong color cushions, a mild mismatch with the chairs. We did call and receive a replacement chair for the badly broken one, and a discount on the couch for the wrong color cushions. The replacement chair was the only piece of furniture that had no breakage and had the right color cushions. I would recommend the item if you were willing to deal with the mystery of the condition of the furniture you would be receiving. It is, when all is said and done, a beautiful set. With that said, I give it 4 stars for the furniture itself and zero stars for packing and shipping - not sure why it was consistently bad. The coffee table arrived unscathed, a wonderful hard wood eucalyptus table - it will last for years! I recommend purchasing waterproof covers for all of the furniture.

Very sturdy and firm. Expect it will last for a long time. Happy with purchase. Bought the couch from Ashley and found the matching loveseat on Amazon.
