How much space would i need to plant 4 lb

A lot! I got 4 lbs for $37 in March and interplanted with zucchini. I've yet to get a zucchini because the sunchokes grew so fast and big, created too much shade. Outside they're about 5' tall and a couple feet wide, in my greenhouse even taller. No flowers yet, I can't wait, they keep on growing. Will be harvesting at least some of them and transplant to where I have more space.
