Excellent Value!
These suet cakes came well packaged which I appreciate... they're not labeled however which I wasn't expecting! Luckily, my birds and squirrels don't mind! They appear to be packed with seeds so I'm calling it a winner!

These suet cakes are like candy to the wild birds at my feeders. They seem to love it! So, I am assuming that means it tastes great.Great product! Fast delivery to rural Alaska! Reasonable price! And, did I mention, the birds LOVE it !

Berry blast suet
It's all season suet, no melt which is good in really hot temperatures. And the birds seem to enjoy it.

Good quality
This suet seems to be jam-packed full of seeds and such. Way more than other brands I've tried. The birds in my yard love it and the price is great. Wish the packaging was better, however. Nearly cut myself a few times on the ragged edges when I peel the top off. If you buy it I think you'll see what I mean. Other than that one gripe I will contiue buying this when the price dips low.

BIRDS DEVOUR
Birds literally devour this feed and it’s in little cages hanging on my house where they keep picking holes in my house. It distracts them and they no longer are pecking at my house, but they are fighting over this food, knocking the cage around to get it and make the most horrible noise they absolutely, devour it in 2 to 3 days so I only fill the cages once a week . I have absolutely spoiled the birds. I don’t know if I can keep feeding them, but I’ve got to do something so they won’t make holes in my house that is made out of a shed. This stuff works, but it isn’t cheap and like I said within two days they eat it up.

I am not sure whether the birds are fans
Most other suet I hang is gone in a day at least - if not sooner - one of these hung out for 2 days... I am not sure it was the weather, or what - the birds do eat it but they are not flocking to it like to some other cakes I buy! I'm not eating it myself so I can't vouch for the taste - my observation would be that while it is not exactly the liver & onions of the bird world - it might be the steamed turnips...
