Excellent small grill.
Just the wife and I so it's just right. Natural gas use a plus.

Dent in door
the door had a dent in lower corner. Packaging looked good so must have been damaged before packing. This why I gave a four star rating. I had a missing part and contacted manufacturer Customer service had me a new part 1 day from my call. overall I like this grill.

Awesome grill
It has been at least 1 grilling season and it works amazing. Never failed me once! Great buy.

Easy to assemble, with some quality issues.
Fairly easy to assemble, but one of the bolts on the wheels did not line up with the threads well, and the cheap wrench it shipped with bent to uselessness while trying to screw it in. Front door of grill also doesn't align well, so it takes some finagling to get it to shut.

Received damaged
Grill is great, however door is dented, parts were heavily taped to pieces of the box rendering the box useless. My husband was able to attach the door. This DID NOT happen in SHIPPING.

very efficient
The assembly instructions need to provide more detail - would speed up the process and reduce stress. I almost returned it in disgust. Overall I find the cooking process to be very predictable and efficient. A relatively low flame setting is more than enough to cook chicken, salmon etc. with a modest level of grill marks. The instructions suggest burning off any residue post grilling, but I consider this a waste of propane, so I pop the grills in the DW, which works just fine. Although the grills are coated, based on my experience it helps to put a light coat of oil on them before lighting up. The left burner assembly is a bit cranky about getting fired up, on average it takes 2-4 tries before ignition, so I recommend double checking to make sure it is emitting are flames. It is solidly built, approaching the girth of a Weber at a much better price.

Nice two burner grill
It looks very good new but the interior does not hold up as much. I have had mine for almost 3 years now and i use it maybe twice a months, interior burning elements starting to rust and crumble.

Plenty of grill for a family of two - four.
Grill Arrived early. Assembly time was 45 min with my wife handing me parts while drinking coffee. Used a small Black and Decker battery powered screw driver for quick screwing.Rolled the unit onto the back patio and plugged the gas in and it fired right up!I did do a gas leak test after it was started, no bubbles were seen and I had a nice blue flame as per the instruction book.Only problem was one screw used to mount the left shelf was cross threaded and did need a bit of elbow grease, but works all the same.15 min burn in time and 20 minutes after that we had our first burgers off the grill. Set 3 notches above low. Perfect!!Threw a ribeye on next, turned both burners up half way; seven min per side and Bingo, caveman happy!!

better heating with this natural gas as opposed to the two burner conversion unit by a competitor
The instructions indicated it takes 1 hours with two people to assemble. ( Experience I think). Took my wife and myself 3 days, few hours each day. Instructions are clear but the photos of the small screws and locations very difficult to see. To completed my mission again I think I could do it in an hour now. The dyna-glo natural gas has excellent heating compared to the competitors unit I had that was a conversion to natural gas. I barbecue year round and temperatures in the winter time down to - 15. A few test runs with the barbecue no question I made the right decision
