Bellylady Gold Coins Belly Dance Hip Scarf, Wholesale Dance Belt & Gypsy Bracelet

I'm not a skinny girl. I've purchased hip scarves in the past that BARELY had enough material left to tie (my hips measure about 46 inches). Bellylady hip scarf has enough material at the ends to tie securely. I don't have to worry that it will slip loose and fall off. Coins/beads are well stitched. I just wish I'd have found it with SILVER coins for the same price. Yes, I'd recommend this to a friend. Yes, I'd purchase this product again (I want more colors).

My items came on time and that is the only good thing.The hip scarves don’t have 158 or 128 or even 75 coins. Some of the coins were missing, so I counted and it was only 73 coins.Also the design has no waves, just plain straight lines.The bracelet was okay but the scarves are a total downer.

First time I've ever been disappointed with Amazon. Received something similar, but not what I ordered. I thought the package felt kind of light for the amount of weight 158 coins will have. I have purchased other hip scarfs and they all have some weight to them. What I received has only 80 coins on it, and that's including the three on each of the ends of the ties. There are three single STRAIGHT (not wavy) rows of coins, the fabric is only about 7 inches wide and the threads the coins hang from are about 1/2-1 inch long. Is this a child size hip scarf?!?! Sending it back

Item was fine except that it has only 126 or so coins( I counted after reading other reviews) instead of stated 158 coins. I was very disappointed. It seems it is a common problem when you order the coin belly dance scarf from any stores here, you don't receive what you thought you ordered (scarf with 158 coin.) The plastic bag has a number "128" and this number may be the exact number of the coins for this scarf. I need to order more of these, but I am afraid that I would receive more of 128s than 158s.

Really like this scarf. I wear it to zumba and it has a lot more jingle than the one I already have. It is exactly the measurements noted. I am plus size and this still fits me nicely. The only drawback for me is that the tie has a little tassle with coins on the end. Mine got tangled as I am tying it closer to the end. It didn't take long to untangle and for smaller gals it would be perfect, hence the 4 and not 5 stars. Once I lose a little more weight I'm sure that won't be a problem. Arrived very quickly and some others noted it had an awful smell, but mine was fine. Very please overall with the product and price would recommend and buy again

I'm torn about commenting on the shipping since it was free... but I will say don't order this if you need it in a rush. I ordered this on 9/23. It wasn't even shipped out until 10/6, and finally arrived today 10/9. (The other item I ordered at same time w/free shipping came on 9/28, so maybe I'm just spoiled). I ordered this in black. The scarf itself is cute enough to have paid $6 for as part of an intended Halloween costume. The scarf is sheer & the coins are all solid gold...from the picture they appear like they might be 2 toned, but the coins are as gold as the beads you see in the picture. Cant comment on how this would hold up as a real belly dancing scarf. Guessing on the way it fits me wrapped around the hips (how much of the scarf is 'extra' beyond tying point) , I would guess it would probably fit someone -wrapped one time around- who wears up to a (women's) size 14-16. It does have a funny smell to it, so you will need to air it out before wearing.

This scarf is smaller than the average scarf and has less gold decoration about 2/3 of normal scarf. It is more suitable for kids. I do not mind because this is an extra one for the little kids and it fist them perfectly. I was thinking about wearing it around my neck instead. The orange color is very bright. It looks neon orangeUpdate:It just substracted a star from my review because after one hand wash, 1/4 of the coins came off. It took me 2 hours to sew them back. The problem was due to the end loops not being tied up very well. The crochets came off very easily once the loop got loose. I have 4 other belly dancing scarfs from different vendors. I have washed them several times without any problems.

This is TINY ..my 3 year old wears it ..I'm not kidding and I'm NOT over exaggerating. My 3 year old is literally wearing it and it fits her...NO she's not an over sized toddler. I originally ordered this for my self after checking the measurements in the description on this listing I thought I was all good.BUT obviously NOT. It doesn't fit me at all.As for fabric ..eh its just Ok really light weight ..its great for practice...for my 3 year old LOL!

3 rows, great size, i can tie it easily, lots of noise, i baught 2 thinking one would be small, boy was i wrong.the hand things are small for a guy my size but still i can wear them for an hour easily, they arent full vircles so they have a lot of leeway to expand on your arm and firnger

Very happy with this purchase. Well made, super fast shipping and delivery and it really does up the fun factor to your dancing. I have small wrists and fingers and the bracelet fit well. Not excessively loose but not tight either.

I love the beading and coins, doing a fast paced dance is really fun with the scarf on. It's not the best quality--some ends are already fraying and embroidery pulling--but for the price it's a pretty good buy. Just remember to consider the customs charge!
