Nice Quality and Help!
This is my second pair of compression sleeve from DocMiller. They are easy to get in and off and provide the right amount of compression for a long day on my feet. I also use them in the evenings when my legs are tired and sore.

You don't know you have them on!
I drive for a living and I also take BP meds. That being said, the both are the cause of my Edema. I can't wear compression socks because my feet get too hot. These sleeves were the answer to my prayers! Not only do they fit well, they are so light I can't tell I have them on. They have just the right amount of compression. They do not itch at all.I don't get too hot in them and my feet barley swell. Because they are not a full sock I expect some swelling in my feet. I also sit right behind the motor while driving and all the heat just sits at my feet. I liked these so much , I ordered two more pairs. I have not washed them yet so I couldn't say what the outcome of that would be , however I have faith they would be just fine.

Good compression
Not easy to put on and darn near impossible to take off. Yes I measured for correct size. I am seeing a lymphedema therapist. Accordingly to her these are too long. It requires them to be folded up at the bottom. When on they are great. Not s perfect solution for me.

The right fit!
The first compression sleeve that I tried was a different brand. They didn't work for me because the ankle portion fit was loose while the calf portion was acceptable. My calf fits the usual Medium size measurement, but my ankles are skinny and fit the Small size measurement. The Doc Miller taper design is perfect for my lower leg profile, there is compression from the top to the bottom of the sleeve. The typical sleeve measurement table takes only the calf circumference measurement into account and not the ankle circumference. You need to consider this as you shop the various choices, but if you are buying for the first time this will be a challenge to get the right fit. As for results, the Doc Miller is doing the job for which I purchased them. I am a teacher on my feet all day and also starting to have circulation issues in my legs. My feet and legs aren't as tired at the end of the day anymore. (Note: I am a fit and slim individual but I am 62 years old. Shrug) And the minor lower leg swelling issues I was starting to experience during a 3 hour car drive, for example, have been circumvented by wearing the sleeves. I am going to start having regular leg massages to help increase blood flow in my legs. This combined with using the Doc Miller compression sleeves should be a highly effective preventative strategy for future circulation issues. **Update Dec 2016-super pleased with the compression sleeve so I ordered another pair. I used them for everyday wear now. My legs are not as tired when I go out and bird hunt for 3 - 4 hours walking, or climbing depending on the bird species I am after. I've now used them for the first time skiing. After 4 hours of hard skiing my legs aren't spent like they used to be. I'll be buying more as time goes on and the original purchase starts to show wear. I super recommend them!

Compression Sleeve
The compression sleeves fit great on my calf but the top part that meets my knee cuts into my skin leaving a mark. They are super comfortable to wear but hate that they cut into the back of my knee when I take them off.

Size Matters
When it comes to compression socks or sleeves it all comes down to size and product quality. If you 'make-do' with a Large, but need an Extra, Extra Large, you're going to be uncomfortable and hate wearing the compression sleeve or sock. Unfortunately, most stores and many online vendors do not carry a true Extra Large or Extra, Extra Large size. The Doc Miller brand carries a wide range of sizes and their products appear to be true to the size they are labeled. Measurement for compression therapy is normally done by measuring the circumference in inches of your calf at its widest point. Match that to the correct size and you will have a comfortable fit. My affected calf is 20-21 inches depending on whether its a good day or not. That matches to the Doc Miller XXL size. I also have short legs, but found the XXL size wasn't too long to use once I sized the circumference. The Doc Miller line also appears to be of good quality and has lasted through several 'wearings' and washings. Like all quality compression items, you still have to wash these by hand--compression therapy items can be sized to be comfortable, but they are still a pain in the butt. You are, however, much more likely to wear a compression sleeve or sock appropriately sized, and for a longer period of time. Undersized sleeves or socks are so uncomfortable most people can't wait to take them off and will tend to put off wearing them, defeating the purpose. One other advantage to getting the correct size for your legs is that they are not impossible to put on. Yes, it can still be a struggle--They do compress after all, but it sure is easier putting on something made to fit as opposed to something that in reality is as much as three sizes too small.

That cuff is the clincher
I really like these. One problem I usually have with compression sleeves is the cuff at the bottom will pinch and be too tight. The wider cuff on these is very comfortable. I'll buy more of these just because of that.

These are the best calf compression sleeves I've ever worn. They are sized and shaped for legs that have smaller ankles/larger calfs (maybe not suitable for skinny legs). It is made of a fabric that is strong enough for higher intensity (athletic) activity, yet sufficiently soft and flexible for daily use for vein and thrombosis issue. Plus, finally, I found a brand that offers a dark brown options. Matches my chocolate skin tone perfect!

Sehr schade. Warum eigentlich nicht mehr vorrätig?
