For the past 4 months, I've been having hot flashes at night preventing me from restful sleep. I'm in my early 40's, and didn't know what to make of it, but I might be in perimenopause so I decided to give Estroven a try. I've been taking it for 5 days. Since the first night, my hot flashes started to lessen more each night. I woke up this morning realizing I didn't have any last night and slept so well! I will continue to take this product - so happy I tried it!

This product really works! My doctor gave me a sample 2 years ago and I haven't used another product. Many varieties to choose from. It does take the recommended 3-4 weeks to begin experiencing relief from your symptoms but it genuinely works.

I bought this supplement after experiencing a significant increase in the amount of cystic acne I was having. I’ve been on spironolactone consistently for about 2 years and started the Depo shot to stop the growth of my endometriosis cysts about 1 year ago. My hormones are obviously out of balance (even though I haven’t had a blood test to confirm levels). Well, after taking this for about 21 days, my cystic acne was raging. Now, this may have been one of those situations where my hormones were attempting to stabilize and it had to get worse before it got better. But it was way worse than before I tried the Estroven supplement and I couldn’t take the pain & pressure on my face any longer, so I discontinued use. I may have felt some positive changes to my mood, but the negatives outweighed the positives on this one. Obviously supplements effect everyone differently. I’m just adding my experience in case someone comes to the reviews for this product looking to validate a similar experience!

I have taken this for 30 days and here is what I noticed so far:My nighttime hot flashes and my waking up covered in sweat were both reduced within a few days of taking it. I have not noticed any weight loss, but I have noticed a definite lessening of my desire to eat all the junk food in sight, especially after a stressful day at work. I am going to keep taking it and see how it goes. 😋

I purchased this product once from CVS and it worked on the 1st try.Got 2 boxes from Amazon, I’m half way through the 1st box and still no results.If these don’t work will get again but from a pharmacy.

I can only speak for myself but this product has helped me a lot. I am still working on the weight part but I have on had one night sweat and my mood has improved. I say just give it a try.

This pill is helping me in different ways as described, no more hot flashes, my period comes back, its helping me, to control my weight, i recommended.
