Winco KFP-51 Acero Tomato Knife 5"

I am constantly surprised at how well this knife works behind the bar. I generally hate serrated knives, but for cutting citrus wheels and wedges this is a great knife and I would recommend it to any bartender. Build quality is surprisingly good and so far I have no issues with the edge. At its price point, I don't care that I can't sharpen it. I'll just get a new one when it gets dull.

I had a different tomato knife previously, but hated that the material was getting all funky from dishwashing. I bought this knife because the reviews were good and it deserves the good words.Snarp, cuts nice and thin and feels good in the hand. Thanks so much!

This is a very good one, first is good price; second, it is sharp; third, the weight is good, It’s much better than other this kind knives I bought that the weight are very light and the blade is not strong enough, this one is what I want.

Review based first months usage: Four Stars because of the limited time. Excellent Value, used to cut fresh tomatoes and breads. Fits my XL/XXL hands well. Compliments my 3 knife Zwilling Four Star set. Considered both less and more expensive knives but decided on this one due to price and handle size.Time will tell if I made a wise choice.

The quality shines. I was looking to replace my 20 year old Case vegetable knife. I was most happy with this knife. Be warned,be careful extremely sharp serrations on blade . If you slide your finger on serrations it cuts !

Great For cutting vegetables

It cuts like a knife and feels so right. Love these knives. Better than some of the name brands I’ve had in the past. Liked them so much have bought a few more.For you younger folks, Bryan Adams was a Canadian rocker who sang the song “cuts like a knife”. He also sang several other songs. Saw him in concert back in the 80s with Sammy Hagar and Journey and Joan Jett. I think that was the lineup.
