It's worth every penny...
Used for Church broadcast and worked perfectly. Plug and play. Heads up that you need the remote to do everything.

Great multi stream capture gadget with one flaw.
This device is nearly perfect. I love it’s remote control and It’s custom split screen views. However, on a Mac, it’s capture area defaults to one corner of the 4K input. I have to open a new movie recording in QuickTime to get it to reset every time I start up a streaming app like WebEX.

Awesome Features in a Box
It’s an awesome device. It’s like a small video mixer. The picture and sound quality is great.

Does not work as advertised, poor and limited customer support.
The Frint D4P appears to suggest it works in 4K, but it is actually 1080p. Customer support is limited and at odd hours. Very disappointed with this product.

Works for our church stream.
Works great as described. The only issue I have is that it is difficult to get the audio from one channel to stay active as you switch channels.

Doesn't do 4K recording, only 4K passthrough
The advertising for this is a little bit misleading. You can't record two 4K (let alone one) streams to a capture device, recording itself is limited to 1080p. You can take 4K inputs and forward them via the HDMI out, but that's not recording.

Works for 4k, but not dual 4k streams
So I picked this originally since I have a triple 4K workstation. I thought that I was going to be able to pass 2 of my monitors through this in order to do some recording and editing for videos for my company. However it turns out that while this can input 2 4k streams at the same time (which is already big) it doesn't have a dual output or a dual recorder. So it has a PIP system that lets me overlay one stream into the other. The only downside that I see is that the box itself is a bit on the cheap side and you have to use HDMI when most 4K monitors use DP (at least in the professional world). In the end I wasn't able to use it for what I wanted to use it for due to needing multiple 4K encodes at the same time. I guess I will go back to using a software mode. However if you are a game streamer; I would definitely look into this.If this review helped you at all; please mark it helpful! Thanks!
