Great quality for the price
Pros: This ceiling mount is very sturdy and doesn't stand out. Most people don't even realize we have a projector mounted until we point it out.I love how you can hide the cables inside the stem. The opening is wide enough to route a 3 prong power cable through it.The kit comes with 4 mounting arms for the projector, our Epson EF-100 only has 3 mounting points so I just didn't use the 4th and I was able to adjust the angles for a perfect fit! Very versatile.Since our ceiling outlet is centered on the room but the projector lens is not, I have to tilt the arm sideways a little and the projector mount downward. The the fasteners do a great job holding it firmly in place. Very solid design.Cons: none. Any cons I would have would be due to user error or impatience during installation.Advice: make sure that you center the projector before mounting it because the projection angle makes a huge difference to how "square" your image is. Also, don't over tighten the screws. It's tempting but tighten them just enough so the joints don't move. The projector is basically just hanging there anyway, so you just need to tighten the screws enough so it doesn't swing or sway, or to fight gravity if you have to tilt it downward to project where you want it to. Also if you have to make adjustments, loosen the screws first. Forcing it to move while the screws are already tightened will wear out the metal or could break the screw if you have it on too tight.

Needs some extra parts
First off, it was easy to install on my slanted ceiling, the joints work great and I can pivot and tilt to my heart's content. Now on to why I gave it 3 stars. The arm is telescoping. The ONLY thing keeping that arm from separating under the few pounds of a projector is friction, which is fine until you realize it's a smooth plate on smooth metal. My projector fell 6 feet onto the couch luckily. When trying to get the plate loosened, the bolt was stripped immediately.I would recommend buying a better M6 1-inch bolt for that part that won't strip, and adding some hot glue or rubber to the plate so the arm does not separate and hurt someone/break the projector. Other than that, good product.

Ignore the bad reviews
I’m really confused as to why this mount has so many negative reviews. It really made my decision harder but I decided to buy it anyway and see for myself. This mounts works as described and was really not hard to understand. I believe the manufacture has updated the design which I feel is important to mention. The adjustable arm has a notch at the end of it to prevent it from sliding off. It’s literally impossible for the projector to slide off unless you intentionally install it the wrong way. The instructions are no different than IKEA instructions and was easy to understand and not hard to read at all.The only thing I’ll say is be careful how much you tighten the sliding arm. The screw in the arm has teeth on the back and if you screw it too tight it will be impossible to undo once the weight of the projector/gravity starts to pull on it. This happened to me and I actually had to ask for a replacement which Amazon quickly sent out. It is very sturdy and I can guarantee you’re projector will not fall of. It would rip from the ceiling down before this thing comes apart, it’s that sturdy.Even though the manufacturer says it can be mounted on a wall, I truly believe this should only be mounted on the ceiling. This is really designed to handle vertical weight and I can see this being a problem for horizontal wall mounts. The mount naturally has a bit of wiggle to make fine adjustments to it, but when mounted sideways I could see this being a nightmare to get your projector level and staying level. So if you’re mounting a projector on this ceiling this is the one for you, if you’re trying to mount it on a wall proceed with caution.

Good, but bring your own washers and/or mount screws.
Seems to be good overall, but I ran into a few issues with my LED projector (LG PA75U) and the length of the included screws. The screw holes my projector has to mount are only ~8mm deep so even with all the spacers included it was still not tight. I didn't want to risk damaging the projector over-tightening so I had to put some of my own washers to take up the slack. Wish they included a set of screws about half the length. They include some wall anchors but since the location I picked was over my bed, I felt uneasy about the little plastic anchors (which I have often fail over time) so I got some all-metal toggle-bolts to hold the mount in place firmlyOne last note, be careful as the finish is easily scratched if you try to move it while the screw is tight enough to have resistance. It isn't a huge deal but may bother some people.Overall I'm quite happy, I was able to easily drop my projector exactly enough to clear the ceiling fan + light without being too low, and it feels surprisingly solid once everything is tightened down. I also like it's mostly white color blends well with my white projector and white wall. I couldn't use the cable-management pipe because I am putting several large-ish cables up to the projector but I am quite happy zip-tying them to the back of the pipe (along with the power-transformer for my projector) and it still looks quite good to me.

Great for my mini projector!
At this price point it's a great buy. Has a hollow inside for running wires through it. This is NOT for larger projectors. Check your size for the mounting points!

Easy to use
This was pretty easy to install and to use. It holds my projector well and I have not encountered any issues with it. A great find.

TRASH!!
I bought this mount because of the ability to be adjustable (I wasn't sure of the height needed for my projector, I ended up not needing the extender pole... And my troubles began!First of all, there are NO instructions for how to setup the mount without the pole, you'd think it would be straight forward but it is anything but! After an hour of tinkering and looking at their blurry pictures online I got it together and put it on the ceiling, mounted my projector only to run into more issues! The projector turns at the slightest breeze, I bumped the HDMI cord and it moved the projector side to side, also it's nearly impossible to tighten the screws and thus the projectors vertical axis will NOT lock where it needs too. This is the absolute worst projector mount out there, maybe it's better if you use the extender pole, but when it says you don't have too and they don't even give you instructions to put together that way, how can I give this anything but 1 star?!

Slim construction prevents it from being used a wall mount.
As another reviewer pointed out, the design of the extension pole makes it unsuitable for wall mounting. It is a rather thin piece of metal with a slit in the middle (kind of makes a C shape) and it takes very little torque/weight until the pipe experiences torsion, which means the projector will sit at an angle. My projector was half the advertised weight limit but the mount displayed so much torsion, that it was impossible to get the image straight and on screen. I also have my doubts on its suitability as a ceilling mount because the extension pole has very little holding it in. The manufacturer also needs to make a better instruction booklet because I found myself having to fill in the gaps left by the rather cryptic and unhelpful images. This mount simply ain't something I'd trust with an expensive projector.

Good for a little projector
It is is good. Used it to mount an Epson EF11 to the ceiling. It comes with adjustable pole and adjustable "spider legs" to hold onto the projector. The price is also good, less than $30 CAD at the time of purchase. The only thing is I do not like is configuration of the mount. I found it old that I have to install it the way I did in order to get the projector to tilt up and down. It seems odd to me but the setup works. Just a bit picky about the looks of it.
