This funnel is perfect for putting gasoline into my car. I store gasoline for my generator; each month, I pour any unused gasoline into my car so that the gasoline does not get old. The funnel tube is long enough to get past the hinged door inside the gas tank neck, and the angle of the bowl to the tube makes it easy to rest the funnel on the side of the car while pouring the gasoline in from the storage container. This funnel is large and sturdy and perfect for my application.

I have a couple of 5 gallon metal gas cans I use to store gas over the winter for my generator so every fall in order to refresh my gas I pour what I haven't used into my truck. There are other occasions too when I have to empty a gas can and it all goes into my truck.The way I use this funnel is I place the tip into my truck's gas tank and use 2 short (2") bungee cords - one end over the lip of the funnel at its corners and the other end over the top lip of the truck bed. Works great. Can't pour too fast but it's great.When I tried to pour directly into my truck without the funnel the spouts of my 5 gallon gas cans get caught on the inside trap of the trucks gas intake. It sucks - you're caught holding a 5 gallon gas can and you need to find a coat hanger or screwdriver to get the spout out of the trucks gas intake.So while funnel is certainly overpriced I like it and would buy it again now that I know it works so well. BTW this is good heavy plastic - not the cheap flexible crap which is so common

This large, angled funnel really helps in pouring fuel from a 5-gallon can into our car, but I do need to lean it against the fuel door to hold it sort of upright while both my hands are holding the fuel can. I wish there were another way for it to stably hold it upright while pouring fuel into it.

I ordered this funnel for my two boats. It works perfectly. I would recommend it.

Yes, it's much more expensive than the other funnels on the market but for the design and ease, it's worth it.

Best if your vehicle has a fuel door... you can slip it into the tank and rest the funnel on the fuel door.... it makes filling the car a lot easier and takes more volume! I love it!!!
