You pay for what you get
Finally found a pasta maker that holds up to heavy use. It is a basic pasta maker, no extra bells or whistles, but made for professional use and can tell they didn't cheap out on parts. It is definitely a more expensive option, however it will last a lifetime if taken care of properly, unlike the cheaper brands out there. Fit and finsh is of quality - everything feels smooth and solid. The motor and cutters lock in tightly. Overall worth the money, even if it's a bit on the more expensive end. And I rather pay the extra once than keep buying cheap $30-$40 makers and having them break in a few months.

Whether I'm preparing traditional pasta dishes or experimenting with laminated dough for pastries, this machine consistently delivers excellent results, making it a valuable asset for any culinary enthusiast.

Superb, you won't find pasta this good in any market
You get what you pay for. Obviously, this is priced higher than others like it. I have found it superb. I used its recommended recipe with a 50:50 mix of semolina & 00 flour. I mixed that in a food processor to provide some gluten build-up. I rolled, folded in half, and rolled again ...and again. I kept doing this until the roll was smooth. It required a few passes, but was definitely worth it. The resulting pasta was superb, the best I have ever eaten. Friends have agreed. Cons: it's noisy, not all cutters accept the motor attachment and the price ...but so what? The purpose was to make better pasta and this does exactly that. Initially, I felt guilty about having spent so much money for this product. After one taste, that guilt was gone. I have purchased more cutters as a result. I'm sold. If you are looking to make the best pasta you have ever tasted, purchase this product, use a 50-50 mix of semolina & 00 flour, (weigh your ingredients, don't use measuring cups), create your dough ball in a food processor, and get ready for the best pasta you have ever tasted.

I got this to roll out clay, so glad I did! Game changer!
I love this thing! It’s small which I like. I want to preface this by saying I got this to roll out clay! This helps condition the clay, get certain thicknesses and do certain techniques. My clay does not stick to the rollers at all. And I’ve used sculpey III in it!! No sticking problems at all! So that’s really good! lol You know what I’m talking about if you’re a polymer clay sculptor! I clean it using a paper towel and a very damp cloth. Then wipe it again with another cloth. Sometimes I use a rubbing alcohol on a makeup removing pad to wipe the rollers down. Some colors may leech a little but otherwise this roller is great and definitely worth it if you plan on using clay as a hobby or a business!

Damaged
This model is commonly used for conditioning polymer clay which is why I bought it. My original one is approximately 30 years old and still works perfectly, but only has settings 1 - 7 and cannot connect to a motor. I wanted the extra settings and the ability to attach a motor if I so choose. This roller fails right out of the box. It squeaks when turning the crank and if you try to put anything through the rollers, the rollers won't move.

First rate for rolling clay
This was the first time I had decided to order a pasta machine for rolling my polymer clay for jewelry. I had studied all the models available and the myriad of reviews, good and bad. I decided that this model, made in Italy was my best bet. When it arrived, I found it to be well packaged and complete, with minimal assembly required. I'd seen reviews warning of counter clamps that did not open large enough to attach to a table or counter. This one opened up with room to spare and has been solidly anchored since I put it there. There were also comments about the crank handle that continuously came loose and fell out while being turned. My handle was not securely attached to the machine, but I really had no problem keeping it where it belonged. The roller motion was smooth and clay came out evenly flattened. The thickness settings were very easy to adjust and worked very well, staying where I put them. The rollers are easy to keep clean by just rolling thicknesses of paper towelling through them. Bottom line: I am completely satisfied with my choice.

Great for polymer clay crafts
I used this for my polymer clay crafts. This item is wonderful. It makes very consistent size sheets and is easy to assemble. The assembly only take 1 minute as it is 3 parts that is as simple as finding the slot it fits in. Very happy with this purchase. If you use it for polymer clay or synthetic materials do not use it for food. However, if you are looking to use this for food I imagine it will be wonderful seeing as polymer clay is much stiffer than dough to run through. This does not have the pasta cutter attachment if you were curious. You have to buy it sperate.

fellow americans beware that it comes with type E and you'll need a universal adapter to use this.
Works amazing! Fondant and gum paste get rolled out with ease and its so easy to worth with. On the finest setting you can see your hands through the fondant and gumpaste. Definitely recommend 10/10. It also comes with the hand crank so if you're motor ever goes out you won't need to replace it you can just manually hand crank this bad boy. Cleaning is very easy and its worth every penny. It's built like a tank and this should last you a long long time.
