If you’re looking to channel your inner captain for a party, fancy dress event, or just to feel very important on dry land, this hat does the job. It’s cheap, cheerful, and absolutely delivers on the novelty factor. That said, don’t expect naval grade quality. The materials aren’t exactly built to withstand a real adventure, so if your plan involves sailing up the Thames or commanding a yacht in stormy weather, maybe leave this one on the shelf. For what it is though, a fun, adjustable sailor hat, it’s perfect. It fills its purpose whether that’s winning the fancy dress competition or just making your friends laugh. Cheap, amusing, and surprisingly comfortable for a giggle worthy accessory.

I purchased this hat for my partner as we were going on a narrow boat holiday and the partner wanted to be the captain 😂 This hat was a great quality and price and a great prop for taking pictures with. This hat easily fit my partner and will fit majority or head sizes. It does also have an adjuster clip at the back to shrink/expand the hat to suit anyone’s head size.

Purchased for a laugh for the captain on holiday.
