We have used this sink for over a year now. It is nice to be able to have warm water for the children to wash their hands with before entering. It has held up well so far.

I am very disappointed with this order. First, it took way longer than it should have to get here. No one contacted me for previous attempts and it randomly showed up during my work week. After it arrived, I noticed it was banged up. I had read that I needed to inspect prior to signing, but that wasn't an option with work and a random drop off time with no prior call. The delivery guy dropped it off enclosed on wood that I had to pry off after the fact, so I wasn't able to inspect it. I decided it wasn't a deal-breaker, despite the $1100 price tag with no communication from the driver. I just attempted to set it up last weekend (didn't need it prior), and water came out of the tubing (huge leak that splashed everywhere when shut off). I bought some silicone to seal and it helped a little, but continues to leak. The unit also makes a lot of noise so I'm not comfortable leaving it on as it doesn't seem right. I've tried to solve this on my own and I'm extremely upset having spent so much money on this item that I was very hopeful would fit my needs. I'm at a loss here. I messaged this company with no response. DO NOT BUY!

Easy to put together. Works great and built strong. Love it. 5 Months later and the pump went. I contacted the seller and they sent me a new one. Great service and great product. Thank you

I wanted the same one I purchased before with the hot water as well, so I hit the buy again button, I received one that didn’t include the hot water, maybe the losing changed because i bought it over a year later, but when i tried to return it wasn’t worth the price to ship back. Great size, same as the hot water one, easy to put together!

I had previously purchased one of those flimsy portable sinks in which the sink basin wouldn't even attach to the base and you had to pump with your foot to even get water , I did not like it at all . Once I saw this item I quickly returned the previous purchase for a refund and I invested more money into this beauty. Some people say it's a bit noisy but it is only when the hot water heater is filling up and the noise isn't really bad at all but for the price and quality I am truly amazed and satisfied.

Am satisfied, was as advertised. Am using this sink in a cabin with no plumbing. do have a composting toilet, real nice now to have a sink with warm water for brushing teeth, washing face/hands. Had a scratch on one of the cabinet doors (possibly happened during shipping??) was the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. Is loud when pumping water but not obnoxiously so, then stops when done with use, all good for my purposes.

What an extremely cheap product. First and foremost this unit is anything but quiet. They say it heats water, which it does not even close to warm. Barely any water comes out at a time and when it does it comes out in spirts. Almost impossible to return. If you want to throw away money then your better off giving your money to charity. It cost me 300 dollars to return and when I returned it the company tried their hardest to say it was my fault that it did not work.
