I tried a less-expensive brand and was unimpressed with it. Solgar has always sold me high quality vitamins and supplements, so I went ahead and paid the price for their B3 Niacin. Let me tell you what! This is the niacin that turns you as red as if you had an all-over sunburn and stings like heck! I had to cut the dose in half, and I still get the blazing, sweating sunburn, but just not as bad. I have been taking it for one week on and then one week off, and there is a noticeable improvement in my arthritis. I can spend the entire morning staying busy on my feet and forget the pain, until around mid-afternoon. Nothing can delete the arthritis entirely, but this niacin sure does help.

I like using Niacin. This is one of my favorite products. With most Niacin, a personal will naturally feel that hot sensation. It can be nauseating at times; however, I have never experienced that type of adverse reaction, being nauseated, with this product. If you decide to consume more of or an empty stomach, that is your choice and will most likely receive more of reaction than just a hot, rushing feeling.

I have never had any allergies in my life, but this supplement gave me a horrible reaction! Hives on my skin, redness, and a burning skin sensation. Terrible abdominal cramps. The symptoms only went away after taking an antihistamine. But I also felt faint, my mouth turned pale, I had low blood pressure and felt extremely cold (maybe even feverish). Be careful! Many people are reporting the same thing. I will never take it again!

This product def works. I always take about 250mg on an empty stomach (Which they don't recommend) But if you want a Niacin Flush, you will feel it. For me it hits in about 6 minutes and lasts about 20 - 30 min. If you take it with food like they recommend, you won't get the flush. This kind of Niacin has been proven to help with a number of ailments, and it def helped with my anxiety (In my opinion)

I had a very severe allergy 10 mn after taking a pill of this product i had to go to hospital,heartless company that they dont even care about people just money thats all that matters for them, disgusting

This supplement causes extreme allergy, i had to go to hospital and even stayed overnight. I am sure it didn’t not go through proper testing. I expected better than this from Solgar. Other reviews indicated the same

Caution ⚠️ The itching and fishing is very severe!!!!!! All my body became like strawberry 🍓! And my skin was burning!
